It starts by connecting supported phone systems with your practice-management software, so your team can have more context when an incoming caller is matched to a patient record.
From there, EKKO adds recording, conversation intelligence and AI — and, over time, broader practice intelligence.
EKKO Connect links supported phone systems with your practice-management system. When a call comes in, EKKO can identify the caller and bring up the relevant patient information from your PMS — without needing to manually search for the patient first.
EKKO Complete is a managed communications experience. It combines EKKO-managed communications, EKKO Connect and conversation visibility in a single service.
EKKO Complete AI adds conversation intelligence to EKKO Complete. Depending on the capabilities available for your service, this can include conversation analysis, transcription, summaries, sentiment, themes and AI-powered insights.
EKKO Intelligence is the future management intelligence layer of the EKKO platform. It's being designed to bring communications, conversation intelligence and practice data together in one view. It is currently in development.
